NCLEX Drill
Free NCLEX practice

Terms of Service

Effective date: October 9, 2026

The short version: NCLEX Drill is a free study aid with practice questions. Use it to study, keep your account secure, and understand that we can't promise exam results. Be kind, don't abuse the service.

1. What NCLEX Drill is

NCLEX Drill ("the app") provides practice questions for nursing exam preparation. All questions are original study material written for practice — they are not real exam questions, and the app is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the National Council of State Boards of Nursing (NCSBN). NCLEX® is a registered trademark of NCSBN.

2. Educational use only — not medical advice

Everything in the app — questions, rationales, tips, and study decks — is for study purposes only. It is not medical advice, nursing advice, or a substitute for professional judgment, your nursing program's curriculum, or official study materials. Always follow your program's and clinical site's policies. If content ever conflicts with current guidelines or your instructors, trust them — and use the "Report an issue" link on any rationale to tell us.

3. No guarantee of exam outcomes

We build NCLEX Drill to help you prepare as well as possible, and we hold every question to a published content standard — but we do not guarantee you will pass any exam. Your results depend on many factors, including your overall preparation. Nothing in the app should be read as a promise of a passing score.

4. Accounts

Accounts are optional. If you create one:

How we handle your data is described in the Privacy Policy.

5. Your submissions

If you share feedback, report a question issue, or submit a pass story for the Pass Wall, you give us permission to use it to improve the app — including displaying pass stories (first name or initials only, as you choose) on the Pass Wall. You confirm you have the right to share what you submit and that it doesn't violate anyone else's rights.

6. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the app: no scraping the question bank in bulk, no reselling our content as your own, no attempting to break or disrupt the service, and no unlawful or harassing behavior toward other users.

7. Our content and your rights

Questions, rationales, and app content are owned by us (or licensed to us) — you're welcome to use them for your own studying, but not to copy, republish, or sell them. We work hard on accuracy and re-verify content regularly, but despite our best efforts errors can exist; we are not liable for study decisions made based on app content.

8. Limitation of liability

In plain language: the app is provided "as is," free of charge. To the maximum extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages — including exam outcomes, lost study time, or reliance on any content. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us (which, for the free app, is $0).

9. Changes

We may update these terms as the app evolves (for example, when premium features launch). We'll post changes here with a new effective date; continuing to use the app after changes means you accept them.
